jl67 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jl67" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to jl67.cam and the entity operating the jl67 online gaming platform, including all associated domains, subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and application interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the jl67 platform in accordance with these Terms.

jl67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jl67's satisfaction. The provision of false or misleading eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on jl67. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a valid password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify jl67 promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jl67 is required under Applicable Law to complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires you to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport

• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds declaration) may be requested at jl67's discretion, particularly for high-volume accounts or where regulatory compliance requires enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

The following general principles apply to all jl67 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl67 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl67 content; reverse engineer or decompile any jl67 software; or scrape or data-mine any portion of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, jl67's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the jl67 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jl67 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall jl67 be liable for any of the following, even if jl67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of data or corruption of data resulting from platform downtime or technical failure.
• Any damage arising from the actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications network operators.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jl67's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl67's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by jl67.

jl67 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jl67.cam/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By accepting these Terms, you also accept jl67's Privacy Policy as a binding part of the agreement between you and jl67.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to jl67's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. Data retention and deletion requests should be directed to [email protected].

jl67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A regulatory direction, court order, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Upon legitimate account termination (i.e., not resulting from a Terms violation or fraud), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, less any amounts subject to AML holds or regulatory restrictions. Bonus Funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

Where account closure results from a material breach of these Terms, jl67 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds deposited in connection with or following the breach. Players who dispute such forfeiture may raise a formal complaint through the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

The Dispute Resolution team will conduct an independent review and provide a written determination within fourteen (14) days of receiving the escalation.

jl67's determination following the internal dispute resolution process is final and binding with respect to matters of account management, game outcome, and bonus settlement. Disputes involving matters of Philippine law may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction as set out in Section 16.

jl67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on jl67.cam at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the jl67 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through jl67's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which the Parties hereby irrevocably submit to for that purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
